Cooked up a couple of Ribeyes tonight. Used a Galena Steakhouse Rub. This stuff was pretty darn good!

Dang Golley Jess, Those are the most Marbled best looking steaks I have seen in a coons age!! I just wrote myself a note to give you a point when I reload  Damb nice job on those steaks!!!

Thanks a lot! The wife she's a steak eater. Now this sounds silly but I'd rather have a huge juicy burger!
