Look out Ken. Sorry for not taking photos of the whole Q. Thought I would try something a little different for the grill. Curried chicken thighs with a mustard mango glaze. Kosher salt and coarse ground pepper, and a good sprinkle of curry.
![[image] [image]](http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy319/JimZ04/030-9.jpg) The Misses mango jam and some Zat's mustard.
![[image] [image]](http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy319/JimZ04/032-10.jpg) Yes a another roasted pepper. Used cherry chucks for this Q.

![[image] [image]](http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy319/JimZ04/037-8.jpg) Time for the thighs for a searing.
![[image] [image]](http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy319/JimZ04/042-4.jpg)
![[image] [image]](http://i803.photobucket.com/albums/yy319/JimZ04/043-7.jpg) Moved the thighs to the inderect side with a link of fresh kielbasa to finish cooking. Had grilled corn on the cob and roasted spuds with this. I liked the heat of the curry and spice, with the sweet of the mustard mango glaze. Will have to do it again with other things JimZ

Those look good & I like the play on the name.
Last time home I smoked some wings in my smoker. I cheat and have an electric smoker. But the control of the temp is so good that you need to learn all over again.

That's the nice thing about this forum. We don't care what you cooked it on as long as it was on some sort of grill. Heck a camp fire even works.
