Pulled Pork Poor Boy Night

Well since we had a bunch of delicious pulled pork from the "Humpin' da Butt" I declared tonight Pulled Pork Poor Boy Night!
The pork came out pretty damn good if I must say so butt(:mamoru:), adding some homemade sauce to it and making poor boys was 1000% a delicious decision. Using a loaf of Binder's crisp Poor Boy bread as the vessel with a heaping serving of sauced and warmed pork as a foundation some mayo and a lil yellow mustard as condiments and dressing it with cole slaw and sweet & hot candied jalapeno peppers made for a fantastically delicious poor boy sandwich. My mouth is watering just thinking about how good that masterpiece was.

I had a hard time deciding which picture of that taste of heaven so I've posted a few.
