Cooked a couple pork tenderloins for lunch today using 2 of caj’s rubs. One was citrus and the other BBQ. Both were very good.

Toasting the buns and the pork’s just about ready.

Sliced thin and made some sammies with mayo, mustard, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, smoked cheddar, and tenderloin. Awesome.

Dang Vindi. I just got finished eating lunch and I am hungry already. Good looking sammies dere. Yes Nate's rubs are very good. Had the BBQ on some chicken thighs I baked in the oven last night. Might have some pork sammies tonight. Thank's for the idea ;)-JimZ ;)
