February 2012 Giveaway/Contest

Alright, time for another cookbook giveaway. This month's contest begins as of right now and will last through noon Central time Sunday February 26, 2012.
As usual the only requirement to qualify is to post to this forum Eatin' Louisiana. Each post acts as an entry for the contest.

This month's prize will be "The Whole Hog Cookbook" by Libbie Summers
This is a very nice book dedicated to pork with a lot of great five star reviews on Amazon.com. It will be a great addition to any pork loving kitchen.

No, you don't have to cook anything. Just be an active posting member here at EatinLouisiana.com. It's not hard to do at all.

Alright gang, yesterday was the deadline for the February Cookbook giveaway so I'll gather all the posts/entries and run them through the random selectior thingy and announce the winner later today. Good luck to all!

I really like this forum. Really has a lot of nice people.

Headed out to Memphis this week to see our new born grand baby girl. Pretty excited about that. I always like to bring some ideas I've picked up in Memphis on the BBQ back and share. I'll let ya all know.
