Ron, let us know what you think of this. I am definately interested in this. Let me know the diminsions. I see where this can save me a lot of chopping time especially when making jambalya!!! Be interesting to see if it will cut a chicken in half!!!

Ron, hows is it going with the Cajun Cleaver?? Is it worth the money or should I just continue to use my chefs knife??? CAn you easily cut a chicken in half?

Sorry guys. I switched computers to an IPad and had a hard time learning it.
The chopper works great! The first thing I chopped was a spaghetti squash. I hate cutting a large one in half because it tries to roll when you do it and I'm afraid the if knife will slip. The chopper cut it perfectly the first time and it was an even cut.
It is easy to clean and the blade is sturdy and sharp.
