If your ever in the Breaux Bridge area you have to stop at 'Buck and Johnny's.' It is a restored car dealership from the 40's and 50's turned into a neat place to eat.

My wife and I made a trip to Broussard to visit Rex Supply so I could get some tooling for my new mini lathe and we timed our trip to eat lunch in Breaux Bridge.

Go for the daily special which is either a 6" pizza and a soup or salad, or their menu special of the day which changes daily. Some days it is a wrap filled with shrimp and other goodies and some-days it was like yesterday which was a pasta dish.

Always go for the soup of the day!!! The Chef for the soup does nothing but soups and only uses fresh ingredients. Their french onion soup is PERFECT! So is the tomato basil!

Right now all I am doing is making a huge pile of shavings ??? But my plan is to learn as much as I can about machine work. ONE STEP AT A TIME!!!

I have already made a power adjuster for the spring in one of my airguns.

What I REALLY like is that I can go to the Man Cave and start working and the next thing I know 3 hours has past. 8-)
