Most of the whole hog that me and my Dad split is gone. I have a few packages of these Berkshire chops left. These are really good. I marinaded them in a teriyaki marinade for about an hour.

Started them with the grate low at around 700. Moved the grate up to the top at the end. Pulled at 140.

Plated with some green beans and some fried taters with cheese.

Wife asked for some pineapple and ice cream after dinner.

Vindi the grain on that pork is beautiful. the chops took on a nice color with the terriyaki sauce. Got a fresh pineapple slice in my lunch kit. I sure am glad it is only 20 more minutes to lunch. Your got my stomach churning for some good eats. Yum-JimZ

Very nice Vin!!! :P :PIf your getting another pig better do it soon. The prices of corn will be going up soon thus the same with all meats due to feed costs.
