Argh....!! This day can't end fast enough. I have tonights football food on my mind. Pulled pork sliders, soft taccos with pulled pork and quite possibly mini pistolettes with pulled pork. Yea, today is Porksday! I took a Foodsavered package of pulled pork I made about a month ago out of the freezer this morning. We'll also be having cole slaw and I was going to make some French fries outside in the deep fryer but, I don't think the weather will permit that. Maybe I'll throw them in the oven to cook. Yeah, that'll work just fine.

O.K. so I must be the only one eating tonight. Lol.... A couple of pics of tonights football eats.

Started off with a couple of pulled pork soft tacos.

These were pretty darn good!

After a little break it was time for a few BBQ pulled pork sliders and seasoned fries. Don't worry, that's all I ate tonight. These were actually about 2x2 inches each. I dressed these with a little cole slaw(yeah, cole slaw. If you haven't tried a good cole slaw on pulled pork you're really missing out.)and candied jajapeno peppers.

Almost forgot about the liquid refreshment of the night.

Just for the record, this was some pork I smoked about a month ago. I had to make room in the freezer that weekend so I had slow smoked two nice pork butts. I rewarmed it tonight with alittle apple juice and bbq sauce. Excellent if I must say so!!! :P :P :P
