Don't you hate it when your Friday doesn't end the way you want it to?
I had to work my butt off today to ship off some work needed Monday morning and didn't get to go to the supermarket until later than I wanted to.

Finally got home and started the firepit using pecan, hickory and one chunk of mesquite. Gotta have cold beer when messing with fire!

Alright so now it's a wicked fire!

Roasting one or two or eight weinees

I'm pretty sure that in Louisiana whenever you have a grill going that you have to have boudin on the grill.

I was REALLY hungry so I had three made differently. One with just jalapeno relish, one with saurkraut and dusseldorf mustard and one with some homemade chili and some of my homemade hot pepper relish. They were all good and hit the spot!
Oh, I almost forgot about my third piece of grilled boudin.
