Alright, time for another cookbook giveaway. This month's contest begins as of right now and will last through noon Central time Sunday February 26, 2012.
As usual the only requirement to qualify is to post to this forum Eatin' Louisiana. Each post acts as an entry for the contest.
This month's prize will be "The Whole Hog Cookbook" by Libbie Summers
This is a very nice book dedicated to pork with a lot of great five star reviews on Amazon.com. It will be a great addition to any pork loving kitchen.

I really like this forum. Really has a lot of nice people. 
Headed out to Memphis this week to see our new born grand baby girl. Pretty excited about that. I always like to bring some ideas I've picked up in Memphis on the BBQ back and share. I'll let ya all know. |
