The Cabin restaurant is located in Burnside Louisiana, and they have the very best fried fish I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a lot of fried fish! Not only is the food great, but there is so much history in this one place. I was so impressed with it, that I had to go research it online. I'm not going to go into all the great authentic features, but one of the ones I was impressed with is that the walls are wallpapered with ancient newspaper, and fixed to the wall with a mixture of flour and water, as it was done in the older days. The grounds are also decorated with a lot of authentic antiques.
On a rating of one to ten, I give this one a 10+ If you ever get a chance to eat anywhere in our great state, this is one place I highly recommend!
