Well my friend went fishin again out in Westport Washington. Our deal is he catches them, filets them and I brine and smoke them then we split it up pound for pound. Using the standard Gourmet Kummock recipe with soy sauce. Heres the salmon getting washed, cut and going in the brine for a overnight soak..

Then into the Bradley to get a nice glaze/pelicle with no heat

Wow, That was more work than I wanted to do today but its all done and now I'll have smoked salmon for a few months.

Man that looks good. Did you see that show Hells Kitchen the other night they were cooking a $450 White Salmon? Ya better know what you're doing if you cook or can afford one of those puppies.

I did not see that show but if a fish cost $450 transport me back to 1965, the good ole days

I did like the 60's that when fun was fun. In 1965 I was looking to get my first car.

Their was seat belts but they were always hidden in the cracks of the seats
