Used the Blazin Pistachios recipe plus I added a Garlic Blend to the mix. Its garlic, sea salt, onion powder, and some cajun seasoning. Came out really great!!

Jess I got to try making some. Your killing me. I love nuts. They are a healthy pleasure. That would make a great light snack at work. It has been a little warm down here for heavy eating at the construction site. I know you must of said this before and I will probably ask again what temp on the smoker to get them looking as good as yours  -JimZ

Jim I did this a little bit different this time. I ran at 250 so the pecan chips would smoke. I did this temp for an hour then turned down the temp to 200 for an hour. Then just took them out and let them cool down. Oh buddy the flavor was GREAT!!
